Phase #1
Chain Breaker Program
What You Get:
- 6 weeks | ASAM 2.5 PHP | ASAM 2.1 Enhanced IOP)Comprehensive treatment for substance use and mental health
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MST.
- Purpose: Lay the foundation for recovery.
- Includes: Clinical groups, individual therapy, recovery coaching, case management, medication support, and family support.
- Objective: Create momentum and personal connection
Phase #2
Change Maker Program
What You Get:
- 6 months | ASAM 2.1 Enhanced IOP
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm MST.
- Purpose: Facilitate lasting change, deeper spiritual work, and real-life recovery integration.
- Includes: Clinical groups, individual counseling, recovery coaching, case management, life skills training, step work and faith development, and family support.
- Objective: Provide long-term structure, personal transformation, and a pathway to purpose.
Phase #3
Hope Dealer Program
What You Get:
- Aftercare/Alumni
- Purpose: Transition to alumni mentorship, peer leadership, and long-term support.
- Includes: Recovery Coaching/Case Management, weekly check-ins, alumni meetings, leadership & service opportunities, Lifetime Advantage access.
- Objective: Anyone serious about long-term recovery success and wanting ongoing support beyond initial treatment
- Empowers individuals and families to find peace, reclaim purpose, and become messengers of hope.
