Today’s tip on how to help an addicted loved one recover has to do with helping others. We feel a profound sense of purpose in the lessons we’ve learned from our suffering as we share them with others. When times get tough, just keep helping people. By Helping others we will find incredible strength far beyond our own. We will find ourselves, as we forget ourselves, in the service of others. So remember, when your addicted loved one is struggling, or if you feel irritable, restless, or discontent, just go out and help somebody.
