Today’s tip on how to help an addicted loved one recover, comes from my book “Unhooked”. I talk about rescuing in the book because if we rescue our loved one, we are contributing to the problem. Because if you remember, I really reinforce that pain is the great motivator of change. So when we rescue, keep in mind that we are contributing to the problem, so stop rescuing today.
